Jim Harris - Shopping Park Manager

Jim has been involved in Customer Facing businesses all his working life starting with 12 years in front-end retail with C&A and then moving in to the Shopping Centre industry in 1992.
He took time-out in 2000 to work in the Facilities Management supply sector with both Security and Cleaning business. Jim came back to Shopping Parks with Gallions Reach in September 2004.

Jim brings all the practical aspects of park management along with Diplomas in Shopping Centre Management and Facilities Management. Recently he completed the NEBOSH certificate in Health & Safety Management. Jim heads a small but dedicated team who are here to maintain and build further Gallions Reaches reputation as London’s Premier Shopping Park.

Tony Tunley - Operations Manager

Tony has been at Gallions Reach since March 2005. Having joined Gallions Reach from The Beckton Triangle Retail Park, where he was Security Manager, Tony has strong local knowledge that has proven invaluable to his role.
